Floor Maintenance Programs

Rather than one-off jobs, your building gets a single scheduled plan for its hard floors and carpeted areas — set by how each space is actually used.

What a program covers

A schedule built around your building.

A residential corridor, a busy office lobby, and a garage ramp each age differently. We survey the finishes and the traffic first, then set the work and the frequency for each area.

  • Daily dust mopping, vacuuming, and spot response in agreed areas
  • Periodic polishing and burnishing for hard floors in lobbies and elevator landings
  • Scheduled deep cleaning for carpeted corridors, offices, and lounge areas
  • Entrance matting and dust-control measures reviewed with management
  • Frequency reviews as traffic, seasons, and finish condition change

Specialty work such as stone restoration or exterior pressure washing is scoped separately where needed. Your agreement confirms the areas, methods, and frequencies.

How the work is planned

Survey, schedule, supervise.

01

Survey finishes and traffic

Walk every area in scope, identify the materials, and see how each space is used through the day.

02

Set the schedule

Agree tasks and frequencies per area, and coordinate timing with access windows and management.

03

Supervise and adjust

A supervisor checks the work on site, and the schedule is revisited as conditions change.

Floors & surfaces

Coordinated with the rest of the plan.

Floor work sits inside the same program as housekeeping, supplies, and supervision, so one partner is accountable for how the building looks every day.

Let's build your floor schedule.

We walk the property, review the finishes, and propose frequencies that hold up over a full year.
