Humble Beginnings
The first accounts were a handful of Miami Beach condominiums. With so few buildings, every one mattered — the work was personal, problems were handled directly, and the relationship with each board and manager was built face to face.
Those early years shaped habits we still keep: show up, pay attention, and take responsibility for the result.
