Two ways to organize your Housekeeping Department

More Time for Your Development. One Coordinated C&E Program.

Your developer and management teams lead. C&E aligns the agreed cleaning work from completion to everyday care. Management company offerings vary; these are two possible coordination models.

Approach A

In-House Housekeeping Department

Your management team coordinates staffing, training, supplies, equipment, and specialty services.

Developer / Property Manager

Your team coordinates each part directly

Each responsibility arranged separately

  • Housekeeping staffing

  • Post-construction cleaning

  • Stone & carpet care

  • Power washing

  • Supplies

  • Equipment

Where the exposure sits

  • Coverage during absences
  • Specialty work windows to align
  • Supplies & equipment to track

Separate arrangements may bring multiple proposals, work windows and points of contact for your team to align.

Approach B

C&E-Managed Housekeeping Department

C&E coordinates your housekeeping operation through one customized program, working alongside your management team.

Developer / Property Manager

Your team retains leadership and oversight

Continuity from Opening Onward

One property-specific plan connects final cleaning, opening housekeeping and ongoing care—with training, supervision and inspections.

A Clear View of Costs

Review staffing, supplies, equipment and specialty-care frequencies together. Your agreement identifies inclusions and separately quoted work.

Staffing, supplies, service frequencies and pricing are defined in your agreement. Specialty and additional services are not automatically included and may be quoted separately. Coordination is not a guarantee of lower cost.

A plan for your development

Aligned with your schedule. Defined around your property.

Completion & Presentation

Align gallery appointments, inspections, access, remaining trades, and finish requirements with your project team before final cleaning begins.

Opening & Occupancy

Set staffing and cleaning windows for phased openings. Revisit frequencies as residents arrive and shared spaces see more activity.

Everyday Property Care

Work alongside the management team to maintain common-area standards, plan specialty floor maintenance, and review the agreed scope as operating needs evolve.

Areas, frequencies, access requirements, and exclusions are confirmed in your proposal. Developer services are not automatically included in ongoing housekeeping agreements.

Plan Your Property’s Opening with C&E

Common questions

Planning Your Service

Discuss your property with C&E →
How is opening preparation different from final construction cleaning?

Final construction cleaning is a defined project for completed spaces. Opening preparation coordinates staffing, access and cleaning schedules as areas open and occupancy grows, followed by ongoing housekeeping under its own agreed scope.

Can C&E work alongside our existing property management company?

Yes. Your board and property management team retain leadership and oversight. C&E coordinates the agreed housekeeping responsibilities and communicates with management through one accountable program.

Do you offer one-time specialty projects?

Yes. Assessed stone restoration, carpet deep cleaning, pressure washing and post-construction cleaning can be quoted as defined projects. A walkthrough establishes the areas, methods, access, timing and exclusions.
