Carpet Cleaning

Carpet carries the traffic of a building — lobbies, corridors, boardrooms, and lounges. We keep it clean between visits and deep-clean it on a schedule set by use, not by habit.

Where carpet care matters

Every carpeted space, on its own schedule.

Corridors & landings

Traffic lanes tended before they set in.

Lounges & amenity rooms

Spot work timed around resident use.

Offices & boardrooms

Cleaned around tenant hours.

Planned drying time

Spaces reopen when promised.

What carpet care covers

Clean between the deep cleans.

Most carpet does not fail from the annual clean; it fails from what accumulates in between. Routine work is what keeps traffic lanes from setting in.

  • Routine vacuuming with maintained filtration in corridors, offices, and lounges
  • Spot treatment for spills and traffic marks between scheduled cleans
  • Low-moisture and extraction cleaning suited to the carpet material
  • Scheduling around access, tenant hours, and drying time
  • Edges, transitions, and furniture coordination with management where included

Deep-cleaning frequency is set by traffic and carpet condition. Heavily soiled areas or additional visits are quoted separately, and your proposal confirms the methods and access requirements.

How the work is planned

Review, treat, restore.

01

Review the carpet

Check the material, pile, and traffic patterns, and note the areas that show first.

02

Treat on schedule

Routine vacuuming and spot work between scheduled deep cleans keeps traffic marks from setting.

03

Deep clean and dry

Extraction cleaning is planned around access and drying time so spaces reopen on schedule.

Floors & surfaces

Part of a wider maintenance plan.

Carpet care usually runs alongside hard-floor maintenance and housekeeping. We sequence the work so corridors, lounges, and offices are tended in the right order.

Let's review your carpet.

We inspect the material and the traffic before proposing a cleaning schedule, so the plan fits the space.

Common questions

Planning Your Service

Discuss your property with C&E →
How often should condominium hallway and office carpets be deep-cleaned?

Frequency depends on carpet material, traffic, condition and access. C&E reviews those factors before proposing routine vacuuming, spot treatment and scheduled deep cleaning, including the required drying time.

Can marble and carpet care be included in the program?

Yes, where agreed. Marble maintenance and carpet cleaning can be scheduled alongside recurring housekeeping, with methods and frequencies suited to the surfaces and traffic. Specialty services are not automatically included in every contract.

Do you offer one-time specialty projects?

Yes. Assessed stone restoration, carpet deep cleaning, pressure washing and post-construction cleaning can be quoted as defined projects. A walkthrough establishes the areas, methods, access, timing and exclusions.
